Summary of Exhibitor Programs at 2024 FSOMA Acupuncture & Eastern Medicine Conference.

Established programs
Silent Auction – Exhibitors may donate a gift  basket of products, a piece of equipment, a book or any other item of value to be bid on by attendees at the Silent Auction table.  Preference is a value of $50 or greater

Gifts should be submitted online at https://www.fsoma.org/2024-silent-auction  

50/50 Raffle – Raffle items are kept at the Exhibitor booth.  Winning tickets are pulled during the evening receptions and winners are sent to the exhibitor booth to collect their prize.   The value of these items is generally less than the Silent Auction donation.  You can donate up to 4 items per booth.  50% of the proceeds will go to a Grand Prize winner on Saturday night.  *new is the 50/50 concept, we’ve held raffles every year.

New Legislative Campaign – Each Exhibitor is asked to provide a maximum financial commitment to the FSOMA Legislative Campaign of $300 or more.

FSOMA will print business card sized coupons worth $10 a piece and donors will pull them out of a Raffle drum.  Donors will bring the coupon to the Exhibitor’s booth and use it toward select goods or services.  https://www.fsoma.org/2024-legislative-contribution

Photo Scavenger Hunt – Exhibitors will provide a suggestion of a “scavenger” hunt item with which attendees can take a selfie.  This could be something displayed on the table, like a product they wish to promote or their logo, their company brochure or even the staff person.

An overflow hotel has been established at the Wyndham Garden Orlando Airport. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to the Florida Hotel & Conference Center and the airport (MCO) from 4 a.m. to 1 a.m.,
Complimentary self-parking and complimentary guest room Wi-Fi will also be provided.
The reservation cut-off date is July 25th or before should the group block fill first.

Cancellation requests between July 1, 2024 and July 25, 2024 will receive a 50% refund. 
Cancellations received after July 25, 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.

Silent Auction Donation & Raffle Items

Anyone can participate in these extra-value events.

Silent Auction: 

During the breaks and receptions attendees bid on the FSOMA Silent Auction.  It is our biggest fundraising campaign for the Forward Fund, a fund organized to help pay for advocacy initiatives such as the Acupuncture Education Day (the annual health fair at the Florida State Capitol) and exhibiting at other medical conferences throughout the year.  Get extra attention during the bidding by donating a gift item.

EXHIBIT HALL BOOTH OPPORTUNITIES

Large Booth:  $1,699

  • The exhibit booth space is 10′ wide and 8′ deep, allowing a height of 10′ x 10′ for displays.
  • Ideal for Exhibitors with large pop-up displays behind their table, and who require electricity.
  • Located against a wall either in Exhibit Hall or if you prefer in the Foyer.
  • 2 Exhibitor Passports
    • If your company anticipates sending additional staff or other individuals to the conference, then your company will be required to purchase additional admission passes to the Exhibit Hall – at a cost of $150 each.
  • The difference is in floor space and exhibit height, not actual table size – All Exhibits, regardless of size are provided complimentary a 6′ table, linen, wastebasket, and two chairs   

 


Small Booth: $1,399

  • These spaces are 7′ wide x 5′ deep.
  • Booth Space: 6 inches on each side of the 6-foot table with 2.5′ to stand in front or behind the table.
  • 1 exhibitor passport.
    • Additional Staff Pass may be purchased if needed– at a cost of $150 each.
