Sponsorships

Our Sponsorship Packages give you the opportunity to speak, specifically to present in a 50-minute educational symposia as well as lots of advertising value to your company.

You’ll work with the conference planning committee on a topic, and benefit from advance promotion designed to attract the maximum number of attendees to your session. Generally, sponsors earn additional benefits through marketing or networking deliverables.

 Notepad – $295

Attendees know that one of the best ways to stay focused and organized is to take good notes. Whether attendees are in the classroom or walking the Exhibit Hall, they all need a handy place to make notations, organize business cards, keep track of orders and remember show deals. Use this sponsorship opportunity to make a statement by printing your business name and logo on the Notepad that all attendees will reach for many times throughout the Conference.

  • Sponsor is responsible for selecting and providing at least 250 notebooks with approved artwork printed on them.
  • FSOMA will be responsible to including a notepad in each Attendee’s Conference welcome bag.
  • Notepad must be delivered to the Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort in Orlando prior to the Conference start date to be included in the welcome bag.

Large Booth – $1,499

  • This space 10′ wide and 8′ deep, allows height of 10′ x 10′ for displays
  • Intended for Exhibitors with large pop-up displays behind their table and requiring electricity
  • Is always located against a wall either in Exhibit Hall or if you prefer in the Foyer
  • Exhibitor Passport Package includes admission passes to the Exhibit Hall for 2 company representatives.  Passport Includes food at the breaks & reception. There will be a lunch served to exhibitor staff at 11:30 AM before the hall opens at 12:15 PM on Friday and Saturday.
  • If your company anticipates sending additional staff or other individuals to the conference, then your company will be required to purchase additional admission passes to the Exhibit Hall – cost $199 each.
  • The difference is in floor space and exhibit height, not actual table size – All Exhibits, regardless of size are provided complimentary a 6′ table, linen, wastebasket and two chairs
  • Early Bird Special – prior to APRIL 15, 2016 receive $100 off A Full Page Conference Brochure Ad and a first come first choice of booth space (reserved in order received – no spots are guaranteed).

Medium Tabletop – $1299

  • This space is 7′ wide x 5′ deep.  There is 6″ on each side of the 6 foot table with 2.5′ to stand in front or behind the table..
  • These booths are located in the Foyer of the Hall and allow for 1 narrow pop banner no more than 2' wide and 5' tall from the floor 
  • Being in the Foyer means that the space is not locked at night or during off times.
  • Passport Includes food at the breaks & reception for 2 Company Representatives.
  • There will be a lunch served to exhibitor staff at 11:30 AM before the hall opens at 12:15 PM on Friday and Saturday.
  • All Exhibits, regardless of size are provided complimentary a 6′ table, linen, wastebasket and two chairs

Small Tabletop – $1099

  • This space is 7′ wide x 5′ deep and located in the middle of the main Exhibit Hall. 
  • There is 6″ on each side of the 6 foot table with 2.5′ to stand in front or behind the table.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests for cancellation must be received by FSOMA by writing or confirmed e-mail no later than July 10, 2018 to be eligible for a refund. There will be a $75.00 processing fee deducted from your refund.Cancellation requests between July 10, 2018 and July 20, 2018 will receive a 50% refund. All cancellations received after July 20, 2018 will not be eligible for a refund.
